Have been a Voice Dialogue Facilitator and Teacher for almost two decades and a psychotherapist accompanying people on their voyages of self-exploration for more than 30 years.

Through my extensive experience interweaving traditional approaches with psycho-spiritual disciplines, the following theories and modalities serve as the foundation of my work: the theory of the Psychology of Selves and the Voice Dialogue Method, the teachings of Meher Baba, the Quantum Physics theory, the system of Parenting with Love and Logic created by the Cline/Fay Institute and the use of hypnotherapy, art, movement, dream work and energetics.

Professional Background
Developed and facilitate Traveling Retreats in Europe, Australia and Asia. Upcoming Retreats: • 2011 Cyprus • 2012 Tasmania • 2013 Bali. The spontaneous and unpredictable direction and nature of these traveling retreats are utilized paralleling life itself. The way actions and reactions are experienced and handled allow one to enter deeper into an inner process of self expansion and acceptance. All activities are offered either by the sea or in the mountains. Activities include, Voice Dialogue Facilitations, Visualization, Dream Work, movement, Sand Play, art, brief presentations, inward exploration, silent contemplation and work with energetics. Have published a number of poetry books both in Greek and English and articles on the Inner Eater Selves. Developed a presentation which contains unexpected similarities and principles connecting the Psychology of Selves with the teachings of the great spiritual leader, Meher Baba. These workshops have been warmly received by followers of Meher Baba in New York and Australia. More presentations are scheduled for the Meher Baba Centers in South Carolina and India. Created the Dieting Know More weight maintenance program which identifies the Inner Eater Selves, Primary Selves that eat without awareness. Over the 35 years of my professional career I have being a consultant for mental health professionals and the director of four substance abuse treatment facilities. Teaching credits include adjunct professor at the College of New Rochelle, Graduate School, Molloy College and the City University of New York (CUNY). I am a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor and certified in Clinical Hypno-Behavioral Therapy and in Critical Incident Stress Management. Trained in family and couples therapy at the Ackerman Family Institute in New York.
