Voice Dialogue Trainings are intensely exciting trainings that provide unparalleled opportunities for intensive learning and real growth – a time to explore one's inner world as well as to learn the Voice Dialogue process. The trainings are open to participants with different levels of familiarity with the work. The intensive character of the work is mirrored by its number of trainers. There will be at least 1 trainer on every 4 participants. This way of working gives abundant opportunity for personal work and indepth coaching. It also guarantees that each participant can work on his or her level.

If you have a desire to learn additional tools in support of your recovery, this experience is for you. As polarized inner selves are brought into balance, a more centered, sober consciousness emerges. Selves to Sobriety facilitation is combined with Sitting with Selves meditation, and together they provide a profound skill set for enhancing and supporting continuous sobriety.

Mindless Eating is not all in your head, it is in your body as well.
Sensory Awareness while Eating: In each session you will practice tuning into your body while you are eating, using unique Body Awareness exercises. Learn to differentiate between the messages you receive from: your thinking head, sensing mouth, yearning heart, and feeling belly.
Group Facilitation of Polarities: The Body Dictator vs Rebel Eater, the Emotional Eater vs the Inner Nurturer, the Pleaser vs the Boundary Setter. As these Selves are brought into conscious balance, a stronger, more stable awareness emerges. This awareness gives you freedom to nourish your body, and feed your desires

Learn how to recognize the underlying anxieties and vulnerabilities of your Inner Critic and how to use your Inner Nurturer to achieve true balance. Experience the centered consciousness and breathing room that embracing polarities provides.
